Odin - Supreme Reference Cables - Available Now!
The Odin Supreme Reference cables represent the most advanced cable technology ever developed. The Odin project is the culmination of over five years of research and development. Over the last fifteen years, Nordost has developed an extraordinary level of knowledge in the design and manufacture of high performance cables. The development of the Odin cables is the culmination of a very extensive Research and Development program into wideband signal transmission carried out by Nordost’s own R&D Division based in Ashland, Massachusetts.
The Odin cables use two proprietary Nordost technologies: our patented Dual Mono-Filament technology, used in both the Odin interconnect and loudspeaker cables, and our patent pending Total Signal Control technology used in the Odin interconnects.
The Odin interconnects are available in lengths from 0.6 meters and in additional half meter stereo increments terminated with Silver RCA or XLR connectors. Odin speaker cables are available in lengths from 1M and in additional half meter stereo increments. They are available terminated Bi-Amped, Bi-Wired or Shotgunned with Nordost Rhodium plated Z banana plugs or spade connectors.

'Nordost is pleased to announce the highly anticipated launch of the Heimdall iKable. The iKable is compatible with all MP3 players, and is available in a variety of configurations to suit the needs of both audiophile both on-the-go and at home.
The iKable employs the proprietary Mono-Filament technology similar to that used in the acclaimed Nordost Valhalla cables. The iKable is available in both 3.5 mini stereo plug to 3.5 mini stereo plug (for connecting an MP3 player in the car), and 3.5 mini stereo to left & right RCA plugs (for connecting an MP3 player to you hifi).
'The Heimdall iPod interconnect uses four 26 AWG solid OFC conductors with
an extruded silver surface. The conductors are wrapped in a FEP thread or
Mono-Filament wound in a helix over the conductors. An FEP tube is extruded
over this which reduces insulation contact to the conductors by more tha
80% with extreme mechanical stability.
